Cheapest way to become a pilot
When you go for cheap, u'll be in loss regarding the quality of training you'll get. If you want quality training, then you'll be shedding more money.
Training Cost for Just Becoming a Pilot (Getting CPL) is from 17Lakhs to 35 Lakhs, Depending on which institute u choose. The Duration will be from 18 months to 4 years, depending on your capability of learning concepts and their application and clearing of exams( written exams).
Coming to second part of your question. Becoming a pilot is Risky. And So is every Other profession. But the fact is that its a bigger risk than any other profession. And if you Clear it then your life becomes awesome in 4-5 years of working experience.
Now since you'll be a beginner, it'll take nearly 2 years to complete everything and get your CPL license.
If you had asked me the question 6 months back, i would have Said a CLEAR NO. but recently the aviation sector is growing. Slowly but more importantly steady. hence in next 2 years it'll be having very good job aspects for newcomers, As compared to current scenario.
