Full-service marketing consultant. Current projects include Premier Spectrum Group, LLC – a financial services firm specializing in investments in the cellular wireless spectrum industry. Developed corporate identity and brand, designed/produced corporate website, developed collateral and sales presentations, produced videos, developed/ produced webinars, and developed/implemented sales and marketing CRM system.

Air Safety Flight Academy

Owner and founder of international flight academy with annual revenues in excess of $10M specializing in training commercial pilots for domestic and international airlines. Performed in-depth marketing analysis, created corporate identity, and developed all collateral materials. From the creation of a comprehensive marketing plan, executed brand campaigns, advertising, sales tools, and sales proposals via multiple formats including broadcast, print, web and digital media to support strategic objectives. Managed trade shows, promotional events, and public relations efforts. Assisted executive team with day-to-day operations. Hired, mentored, and provided leadership for a 125-member team.

Key Achievements:
• Successfully led organization to top 1% of market with $10M in annual sales within 5 years from start-up.
• Developed relationships, spearheaded negotiations, and secured $11M in international training contracts with universities and airlines in the People's Republic of China.
• Successfully led project team to develop the first flight simulation device designed by a flight school and approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
• Strategically positioned organization through the use of state-of-the-art technology as the first flight school in the US to train students in the most technically advanced training aircraft ever manufactured.

Westwind School of Aeronautics

Co-owner and co-founder of international flight academy with annual revenues in excess of $13M specializing in training commercial pilots for domestic and international airlines. Recruited to manage sales and marketing and to assist with day-to-day operations of new start-up venture. Created corporate identity, produced and maintained all collateral materials including website. Directed the planning, development, and deployment of all marketing initiatives. Managed sales department, trade shows and promotional events. Provided leadership for a 90-member team.

Key Achievements:
• Successfully led organization to top 1% of market with $13M in annual sales within 4 years from start-up.
• Developed and implemented an automated 40-step follow up system in MS Access to manage and follow up on sales leads.

Westwind Aviation Academy

One of a two-member start-up team with Westwind Aviation Academy, now named TransPac Aviation Academy. TransPac with annual revenues now in excess of $25M is the largest flight academy in the United States. Spearheaded all international and domestic marketing activities. Responsible for the development and execution of creative support materials. Provided strategy development, design, and budgeting for all promotional events and international trade shows. Managed sales team and provided leadership to a 50-member team.
