- As a Chief Ground Instructor (Aviation) you will be responsible to:
*Design, maintain and deliver all ground training curricula.
*Ensure all Trainee pilots achieve goals and maintain the academic standards.
*Recruit and lead a team of ground instructors for timely delivery of training.
*Prepare training materials and reports on overall target and performances.
Skills and Experience Required:
*A degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent, Ex-Air force candidates will be given preference.
*Minimum 5 years of ground training experience in DGCA approved Flying Training Organisation as an Instructor.
*Posses an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
